Rob Stircula is a certified BizInnovator and High School of Business educator that also teaches Accounting and Sports Marketing at Benedictine High School in Cleveland, OH. He received his BSBA in Marketing from John Carroll University and is certified in Business Education. He received his Masters of Business Administration with and emphasis in general business from Northcentral University. Rob is the only two-time winner of the Smith Family Challenge Grant that is awarded to a Benedictine faculty member who has made the most significant impact in the course of one school year in advancing the mission of excellence of Catholic, college preparatory education. He is Certified Project Management Trainer selected by MBA Research to participate in the Project Management Classroom Initiative. Rob is also starting his 11th season as a head basketball coach were he has a accumulated a record of 167-79, including nine sectional championships, six district championships, two district runner-ups, three regional runner-ups, a regional champion, and a final four appearance. He also was the 2016 & 2018 North Coast League Coach of the Year and 2016 Northeast Ohio Lake District Coach of the Year.
