I am an adjunct instructor at the University of Northern Iowa teaching Assessment and Evaluation in CTE and Curriculum Design for CTE. I am also the President of Aspire Success Consulting which was started in 2019. Prior to Aspire, I worked as an education consultant at the Iowa Department of Education for 11 years and focused on professional development for business teachers across the state. I taught high school business and technology courses at Cedar Falls High School for 20 years after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa. In April 2020, I was inducted into the Women of UNI Business Hall of Fame. I live in West Des Moines with my husband and two dogs – Raisin and Milly. I have two sons-- Ryan and Austin and two daughters—Megan and Rachael. I also have four grandchildren.
