Retailers are facing major workforce challenges, however this is not exclusive to Kentucky it is a national challenge. The Kentucky Retail Institute is in the process of creating a Retail Operations Specialist (ROS) apprenticeship program with the purpose of strengthening the workforce in the retail and service industry across the nation. Presenters will share the process and the progress of developing this apprenticeship opportunity.
