A variety of electives have specific strengths. As teachers, it is our job to communicate the value of our class in a dynamic and worthwhile manner that appeals to the new generation of student. Some techniques are traditional and others are ways that have increased demand for my program (i.e. use of video and simulators, social media, possible industry certification, college credit, verbal and written communication, and use online portal).
